No, the picture above is not a recent one. It was taken circa 1995 in my first year in the pulpit. The sermon below IS a recent one. It was originally delivered in front of a congregation, but has been re-recorded here for better sound quality, and to provide a better, more intimate, experience.
This sermon is for the Thanksgiving Eve service in Windom, Minnesota. There was a LOT of music that night (every musical group in the congregation, including the Sunday School kids – what a blast). I was given the assignment to: “Keep it short, Pastor”. 😉
